Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I contacted Skyroo (the company who was in charge of the pre-orders) 3 times already. I have yet to recieve a response. I hope no more pre-orders for Hey Monday in the future, as well as other bands, are not via Skyroo because obviously their service sucks. All we can do is wait... or get people to mass attack them with e-mails...
