im not tht tan but im not tht pale...iv had really darfk hair b4 with blonde in it like cassadee pope...and iv also have had like the redish hair b4 but idk if wat i want will look good

well it depends on skin colour too, if you have dark skin stay a dark colour, if your pale then you can go a bit lighter, but i'd recomend not going too light, like bleach blonde. looks wierd

i'm slightly tanned and i did mine purple all over, so it was dark all over but then i also did my fringe and side bits in bleach first so the purple also looked bright.

it looked great untill it faded
